Who we are
I'm Claudio, a barista by profession and founder of Al-Ándalus Roasters . After years working behind the bar, I understood that coffee isn't just a drink, but a craft that's learned every day. The more coffee I tasted, the more I fell in love with it.
That love for coffee led me to start my own business and create this micro-roastery in Marbella . By working with a small roaster and producing in small batches, I always have fresh coffee at its peak, carefully selecting each origin and roast profile.
Each bag reflects my understanding of coffee: respect for the bean, balance in the cup, and the intention that you enjoy an honest, well-made coffee with character at home.
